Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kryptix Archive is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Kryptix Archive is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item so we can assist you.
